Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Clause:

 

  • 50% of service fees must be compensated if you cancel any or all services after agreement is made.

  • 75% of service fees must be compensated if you cancel any or all services within 7 days of engagement date after agreement is made.

  • 100% of service fees must be compensated if you cancel any or all services within 3 days of engagement date after agreement is made

  • If full payment is not made before the show, performer(s) reserve the right not to start the show unless an alternative payment method has been agreed, such as within 7 days on receipt of an invoice.  Performer(s) will remain at the performance venue ready to start the show until the end of the agreed performance time.  After which, cancellation clause comes into effect.

  • Should the event / performance date be postponed after agreement is made, Slightly Unusual will accommodate the change within two months of the agreed date: with no penalty pending the performer(s)’ availability.  If the performer(s) is not available on the  amended date, the cancellation clause will come into effect.

  • Neither party will be held responsible for events outside of their control that directly impact the execution of the show.  E.g. Natural Disasters, Accidents, Acts of Terrorism, etc.  However, if the show is cancelled due to a decision related to the indirect impact of “events out of the client’s or performer(s)’ control”, the cancellation clause will come into effect.
